Trophy Foods was established in 1976 and joined the Parkam Food Group in 2002. The company occupies a state of the art 41,100 square foot purpose built factory in Wednesbury, which provides increased capacity and production capabilities.
Trophy Foods specialises in producing premium hams including traditional 14 day cure Wiltshire hams, which are used in number of retailers' top tier products. In addition to premium cured, flavoured and fruit topped hams Trophy also produces a wide of traditional products from speciality sausages and Cumberland whirls to black puddings. The Trophy site has A Grade Accreditation, in the Global Standards for Food Safety.
