Tranfoods joined the Parkam Food Group in June 2002. Our core business is a fully integrated process to supply premium cooked meats both sliced and for the deli-counter to a number of retailers and wholesalers.
 
New product development is paramount to our business and is a continual process between supplier and customer. Our commitment to this and our rapid growth have been rewarded with higher level supplier status in retailers. The current species range includes flavoured chicken products, Beef products, cured products (American style Pastrami & Sweet Cured pork loin) and seasonal products.

Currently there are over 300 employees based at the Birkenhead factory. To cater for the extra volume being processed at the plant, additional chilled units and a chilled picking facility have been added on site to ensure a continue first class service to our customers. The Tranfoods site has A Grade Accreditation, in the Global Standards for Food Safety.
