Parkam Chilled Foods was founded. The company specialised in Chicken logs for slicing & breaded products

1992
£1m investment in new green field manufacturing site

1997
Spencer and Rae factory acquisition to further increase capacity

1999 
Purchased Lincs Turkeys (75% owned by Parkam Group). Organics Farmers & Growers accredited. One of first UK Turkey companies to be awarded Quality British Turkey Mark.

2001 
Parkam Chilled Foods formed to supply retail, with separate dedicated wholesale business called Spencer and Rae

2002 
Purchased Trophy Foods (25% owned by Parkam Group). Introduction of ham to product range 

2002 
Purchased Tranfoods (75% owned by Parkam Group). Strengthened retail prepack business, and introduced beef, pork and lamb to the product range 

2003/04 
Further £3m investment at main Parkam Chilled Foods site consolidating into one factory

2003 
Lincs developed a free-range farm for Waitrose. This is the only one of its kind in the UK. Plus a £300k investment in the factory.

2004 
Refurbishment investment programme at Spencer & Rae factory

2004 
New £800k farm bought to increase capacity at Lincs Turkeys site

2004 
To cater for increased capacity, Tranfoods purchase adjacent site to existing factory

2005/2006 
Period of consolidation following all the investment activity 2003/2004, in readiness for new growth

2006 
Project Fresh Approach. A scheme to improve working practices across the business and prepare the business for the future.

2007 
Parkam Food Group increase ownership of Trophy Foods (50.1% owned by Parkam Group)

2009
Purchased Freshway Chilled Foods

2010
Sold Lincs Turkeys
