Parkam Chilled Foods was founded in 1983. At this time the company specialised in poultry products for retail and foodservice. The business has grown quickly since then both naturally and through acquisitions to become The Parkam Food Group. The group now employs over 750 people working at five sites across the country and provides products from a much wider range of species including, beef, pork, lamb, turkey, chicken and duck.

The Parkam Food Group now consists of five companies each with a different specialist area allowing the group to provide a wide range of products to high standards. To learn more about the individual companies in the group click on their names in the menu.

We supply many of the major retailers with our pre-packaged, deli and rotisserie products. Our expertise and customer focus have been rewarded in a number of our customers with higher level supplier status and category captaincies, including roles in premium meats, both on the deli and prepacked and in rotisserie. This means we work closely with the retailers to provide ranging solutions, innovations and to drive sales.
