We source our meats from a select group of approved suppliers whom we audit on a regular basis to ensure they meet our high standards. We seek to source raw materials from suppliers holding quality standard marks and accreditations; we also hold these certificates, thus allowing us to use them on our products. These accreditations vary according to species but they currently include: Assured Food Standards (Assured British Meat and Assured Chicken Production), EBLEX, RSPCA Freedom Foods, The British Retail Consortium standards and other retailer accreditation schemes.
